While designing the Theatrikos Outdoor Sound System, Fullerton Free Church also asked me to step in as the lighting director for their 2021 VBS. The event hosted hundreds of children for Bible teachings, skits, music performances, and outdoor recreation. I was given free reign over the venue's existing plot and the church's auxiliary lighting inventory with instructions to "make it flashy flashy". I took rigging and lighting components from around the church's various venues to design, install, and program a full rig in less than two weeks. The end result created a perfect accent for the high-energy worship and dramatic skits, as well as the calmer moments of teaching. Videos of the system in action can be found at the following links:
